After its successful launch back in '88 in Germany; International Fructan Symposium (IFS) has been calling scientists around the world, in different cities to come together and share their knowledge and experience. This year, we are proud to announce that the ninth of IFS will take place in beautiful Istanbul, a center of culture as well as the crossroads of continents under our supervision.
